– As a part of the mediation process, I write your three agreements: Parenting Plan, Child Support, and Settlement Agreement. But if you file them to the court yourself, or with the help of the Court Facilitator, you can save a lot of money. I also work with attorney’s that will file them for you for a flat fee, and paralegals can be another excellent low cost option for filing
